Staff Accountant

YCM Technology USA located in Santa Fe Springs, California.

Required Knowledge, Skillsets and Abilities

• Maintaining the billing system
• Generating invoices and account statements
• Performing account reconciliations
• Creating & maintaining accounts receivable files and records
• Producing monthly financial and management reports
• Investigating and resolving any irregularities or enquiries
• Knowledgeable in internet security
• Assisting in general financial management and analysis
• Ability to prioritize and manage expectations
• Keen eye for detail
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to communicate articulately and efficiently with other people within the company
• Other projects and responsibilities as needed
• Preferred Education: Bachelor’s degree in accounting or business-related majors
• Experience: 3+ years in financial accounting with medium size corporations
• Skill Sets: Independent SAP experience, proficient in Excel (Pivot Table, Data Tools, and Dashboards)
• Other duties as assigned
