Electronic Banking Manager

Position Summary:

Manages the development and continued improvement of digital banking and payments products and services. As the Electronic Banking Manager, you will be responsible for a variety of back-office functions in order to facilitate the daily data processing and customer service activities of electronic banking services.

These functions include, but are not limited to, online and mobile banking management for both consumer and business applications including Online & Mobile Banking, Debit/Credit cards, Remote Deposit Capture & Mobile Deposit, Bill Pay, Merchant Services, ACH Origination, Zelle, and Positive Pay.

Primary Duties:

- Responsible for the development, implementation, enhancement, and support of the Bank's      electronic banking products and services
- Manage Online Banking/Cash Management products including installation, training, and       monitoring for business customers
- Administer electronic banking services for Retail Online and Business Online including Mobile Banking, Bill Pay, Merchant Services, Debit/Credit cards, ACH Origination/ACH Manager, Positive Pay, Zelle, and Remote Deposit Capture
- Review balancing of all electronic banking GL and clearing accounts daily
- Conduct annual audits and visits for business customers with ACH originations, Merchant Capture/Remote Deposit Capture and Positive Pay
- Conduct training for business banking customers on specific use and functions of electronic banking services including Cash Management, Bill Pay, ACH Manager, Merchant Services, Remote Deposit Capture, Zelle, and Positive Pay
- Perform daily review of system generated reports to ensure all maintenance and set up for electronic products have been completed accurately

- Research and resolve discrepancies in customer data

- Process origination files daily including over-limit exceptions

- Monitor and maintain origination risk, exposure, calendar and other settings within Fiserv core operating platform

- Perform internal audits of ACH and Remote Deposit Capture processing compliance
- Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and policies

- Perform daily review of system generated reports to ensure all maintenance and set up for electronic products have been completed accurately

- Monitor and maintain origination risk, exposure, calendar, and other settings within Fiserv core operating platform

- Perform internal audits of ACH and Remote Deposit Capture processing compliance

- Collaborate with account officers to complete annual exposure limit reviews and over-limit approvals

- Ensure adherence to operational controls including applicable laws, rules, and regulations impacting ACH services such as BSA, OFAC, NACHA Rules, REG E

- Assist employees and clients with technical problems and troubleshooting of electronic banking problems

- Other duties as assigned

Knowledge and Skills Requirement

• Must have the ability to perform with a high level of accuracy and timeliness
• Excellent computer skills
• Strong communication skills (verbal, written, ability to deliver complex information and data)
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in electronic banking services at a financial institution
• Significant experience with deposit services, products, and procedures
