    An esteemed Robert Half client is in search of an International Tax Manager. Theis person will play a critical role in managing and optimizing our Client's international tax operations. This position is responsible for developing tax strategies, ensuring compliance with international tax laws and regulations, and managing tax risks. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in international taxation, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across different functions and regions.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead and manage international tax compliance, ensuring accurate and timely filing of tax returns in various jurisdictions.

    • Develop and implement tax planning strategies to optimize the company's tax position and support business initiatives.

    • Monitor legislative and regulatory tax law developments, evaluating the impacts on the company's operations and financial position.

    • Provide guidance on the tax implications of international business activities, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and expansions.

    • Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to ensure integration of international tax planning and compliance with overall financial strategies.

    • Manage and coordinate with external advisors and tax authorities on international tax matters.

    • Lead cross-functional projects related to tax optimization, transfer pricing, and tax risk management.

    • Prepare and review tax disclosures and footnotes for financial statement purposes.

    • Educate and train team members on international tax regulations and best practices.

    Requirements

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or related field; Master's degree in Taxation or CPA preferred.

    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in international taxation, preferably in a multinational corporation or public accounting firm.

    • Strong knowledge of international tax laws, treaties, and OECD guidelines.

    • Experience with transfer pricing documentation and strategy development.

    • Proficiency in tax software and ERP systems.

    • Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills.

    • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities

    • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
