    CACI has an excellent opportunity to apply your foundational analysis experience, and enhance your analytical tradecraft, to become a Targeting Analyst supporting the SOF community.

    In this position you gain experience, certify , and become part of the SOF targeting community , at the Army's National Ground Intelligence Center (NGIC), in Charlottesville Virginia.

    As a vital member of the team, you will provide rotational deployed, embedded and reach back support directly to SOF, developing targeting intelligence products while coordinating the support packages provided to meet unit and subordinate element operational requirements.

    You will assist in developing products that enhance SOF situational understanding of threat networks and enabling DoD, IA and IC efforts focused on dismantling, disrupting, and defeating those networks.

    Live and Work Outside the NoVA/DC Beltway in Central Virginia!!!

    While providing reach back support, you will directly support embedded teammates; answer requests for support from other SOF units; and work closely with your peers to support a wide variety of SOF units, institutions, and partners. You will work closely with other members of your team to identify capabilities and vulnerabilities of targeted enemy organizations; identify trends, patterns, and key nodes; and highlight their relationships to the targeted enemy networks.

    6-Month Rotational Deployment is Required

    While deployed, you will embed with SOF to assist operational and tactical commanders, their staff and subordinate units with fusing operations and intelligence information to enhance their effectiveness against threat networks. You will identify and analyze problems, and generate recommended solutions based upon your experience working with elements of the DOD, interagency and international partners.

    You'll Bring These Qualifications:

    • Active TS/SCI clearance

    • Must have 2 years of experience and a bachelor's degree, or at least 6 years without.

    • Foundational experience as an All Source, SIGINT, or HUMINT Analyst, with at least an understanding of network analysis, pattern analysis, geospatial analysis, link analysis, pattern of life (POL), and social network analysis.

    • An understanding of intelligence requirements for both lethal and non-lethal targeting

    • Ability to meet appropriate COCOM pre-deployment requirements and deploy to OCONUS locations for a minimum of 6 months.
