    The Practice

    Intelligent Asset Management, With A Team of Leading Practitioners having deep functional & industry knowledge specializing in the areas of Asset Integrity and Reliability Management, Master Data Management, EAM & Maintenance Execution, Material & MRO Management, Industry Analytics and Digital Industrial Workforce. We Serve Across Various industries like Oil & Gas, Metals & Mining, Utilities, Chemical, Discrete & continuous manufacturing.

    THE WORK:

    • Understand client challenges and articulate the value of transformation in terms of business outcomes

    • Bring thought leadership on most critical issues Utilities face today and in the future

    • Constantly learn and bring new technologies and innovative solutions to our clients

    • Be a role model and a coach for the next generation of Accenture analysts and consultants

    • Champion people on your team to succeed professionally and personally

    • Foster trusted advisor relationships with clients from strategy to technology; from the C-Suite to the front line; for business and IT

    • Integrate business data to discover new insight and enable evidence-based business decisions

    • Travel: For now, all Accenture business travel, international and domestic, is currently restricted to client-essential sales/delivery activity only.

    Here's What You Need:

    • Minimum 10 years of experience in utility/power industry

    • Minimum 5 years experience in management and/or technology consulting services

    • Minimum 7 years of experience working with Maximo technology solutions

    • Minimum 3 years experience in client sales orignation and project delivery

    • Bachelor's degree required

    Bonus Points If You Have

    • Tier 1 management consulting firm experience

    • An MBA or equivalent graduate degree

    • Ability to effectively manage and coach others

    • A collaborative mindset, are a team player

    • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment

    Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York or Washington as set forth ~~~ accept applications on an on-going basis and there is no fixed deadline to apply.

    California $131,100 to $302,400

    Colorado $131,100 to $261,300

    New York $121,400 to $302,400

    Washington $139,600 to $278,200
