Human Resources Specialist

Description A University in Baltimore is seeking an organized and extremely detailed human resources professional to assist with a special data integrity project for their Office of Human Resources. This role will work closely with various schools and colleges, and multiple department chairs. Job duties include update and scrub contact information to ensure accuracy, certify data input for all faculty positions to include detailed status and designation, create, maintain, and modify faculty information and data in Banner and other HR system tools, and various HR tasks as needed. Must have excellent composition skills, communications skills, and have the ability to think quickly on their feet. Experience in Vizio/Lucid, Google Suite and MS Office Suite is required.
