    Job Summary and Qualifications

    The HR Ops Excellence Manager will oversee onboarding and training HR Coordinators supporting Corporate departments, HRG and other field-based process levels. You will lead the team to ensure tasks are completed accurately, efficiently and in compliance with policies. Your role extends to managing performance and development goals for the team, fostering proficiency and mastery of skills. Collaborating with AVP, you will drive process improvement initiatives implementing changes to enhance services for HR Business Partners and customers. Leveraging HRBP experiences, you will cultivate a culture of curiosity, encouraging exploration beyond the tactical aspects of the role to understand the why and impact of tasks completed. Additionally, you will partner with HRanswers, sharing insights and fostering continuous learning and improvement.

    What you will do in this role:

    • Lead day-to-day operations ensuring tasks and transactions are completed, timely and accurately through routine quality checks.

    • Create, implement and manage training and onboarding needs for the team.

    • Leads quality assurance checks.

    • Lead activities to ensure understanding of output beyond tactical processes.

    • Resolve escalated actions around payroll, benefits and other HR questions resulting from transactions.

    • Serve as TAFW liaison for HRBPs to answer LOA process questions, research date errors or payroll concerns, serve as Hope Fund Liaison for various teams, serve as liaison to synthesize and customize NewsFlash articles to post on HR Spotlight, and other tasks as assigned.

    • Drive process improvement to address unique challenges.

    • Serve as liaison to Group and Division HR leaders to facilitate workflow and provide HR counsel, bridging GHR technology, payroll and other nuances to accomplish end state on personnel actions, requisitions, position updates, over/under payments, navigating change in employer with W2 impact, etc.

    • Serve as a proactive thought leader to counsel Group and Division HR leaders on alternatives to enhance employee experience.

    • Broad knowledge of HR concepts and terminology.

    • Strong customer service: manage multiple priorities and be agile to serve different organizations with different processes or needs.

    • Think tactically and strategically and be results-oriented.

    • Process improvement oriented to continually ask questions, research, partner, and escalate issues to create value added service/consultation to drive results and high customer satisfaction.

    • Strong computer skills and technical capabilities, including but not limited to, GHR (including reporting), Lawson, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.

    • Must be flexible, work well under pressure, and have the ability to readily adapt to change.

    • Performs other duties as assigned.

    What qualifications you will need:

    • Bachelors Degree, required

    • 3+ years of experience in HR operations

    • 3+ years of experience in HRBP or similar role

    • 1+ year(s) of experience in managing staff
