Human Resources (HR) Assistant

Description An established and highly-reputable company in the Healthcare/NHS industry has an opening for a highly-skilled and motivated Human Resources Assistant to join their positive work environment and culture. What you get to do every day

• Be in charge of administrative and office responsibilities

• Maintain employee database records

• Organize new employee on-boarding orientation methods

• Explore the internet to uncover potential customers Requirements - Approachable and appropriate interacting with staff at all levels in a rapidly changing environment

• HRIS experience preferred

• Strong familiarity with Microsoft Office

• Human Resources (HR) Administration experience

• Comprehensive knowledge of Paylocity

• Paylocity experience preferred

• At least 1+ years of HR related experience desired

• Experience handling confidential business matters and information with discretion

• Strong communication and social skills

• Experience with office applications and software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)

• Willing to work as part of a team or independently and have the drive to take on a variety of tasks and projects
