    Provide day-to-day administrative support of the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) to People Services Department and Organization. Implement enhancements and fixes to support processes. Monitor data integrity and deliver routine reporting.

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

    1. Use dashboards to monitor data and process integrity. Partner with subject matter experts (SME's) to resolve data issues.

    2. Use dashboards to monitor system workflow health. Partner with task assignees to resolve unassigned tasks, overdue tasks, and workflow exceptions.

    3. Complete workflow tasks allocated to system administrators.

    4. Deliver cyclical compliance and executive reporting.

    5. Partner with Business Stakeholders and SME to format and process large data uploads.

    6. Maintain organizational structures in HRIS including supervisory and location organizations.

    7. Provide technical support with troubleshooting and configuration updates.

    8. Work with HRIS Analyst to identify development needs to improve data and process integrity.

    9. Assist with inter-departmental data integrity questions & concerns.

    **Pay Range for this position is - $55,000 - $70,000

    EDUCATION:

    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, IT, or related areas

    EXPERIENCE:

    4 year degree or commensurate experience. At least one year administrative experience in HR, Payroll and/or Benefits. Previous administrative experience with HRMS systems desired; Workday experience preferred.

    4. Skill reviewing audit history and diagnosing root cause of issues

    5. Must have excellent customer service skills

    6. Must have excellent analytical skills

    7. Must be able to effectively communicate in writing, on the phone, and in person

    8. Adaptable to change at a fast pace

    9. Must be able to work effectively with diverse personalities and maintain professionalism when working with employees and vendors

    10. Strong numeric skills and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook, ability to navigate Internet and Intranet
