    Aegion Corporation is looking for a HRIS Analyst to join our team.

    The HRIS Analyst is responsible for the support and maintenance of the Human Capital Management system, as well as other systems supported by the HRIS team. This position serves as the point of contact for Human Resources reporting and assists HR Partners with delivered dashboards, cyclical HR reporting, and custom reports. Specific responsibilities include business unit scorecards, executive level dashboards, and Federal Government report submissions, such as annual EEOC reporting.

    This role assists subject matter experts with ensuring data integrity, testing of system changes, and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities. The HRIS Analyst also supports HCM Upgrades, patches, testing, and other technical projects as assigned.

    Position Responsibilities & Accountabilities

    • Develop and manage master reports including executive dashboards, business unit scorecards, CEO PowerPoint presentations, and monthly headcount/turnover/new hire reporting

    • Audit critical and confidential employee data for integrity and accuracy

    • Manage cyclical HR reporting processes for Performance Management, Merit Planning, and Goal Management

    • Collect and organize EEO data for Department of Labor submission

    • Collaborate with Legal Department and external lawyers for Affirmative Action Plan audits

    • Act as liaison between HR and IT team to create and optimize all required reporting and system functions

    • Review Integration Reporting for system coexistence between HCM Systems

    • Perform data entry and maintenance of HCM system

    • Support the analysis, development, and implementation of new features and functionality of HCM system

    • Provide ongoing support for HR Partners and end-users regarding HCM functionality


    Qualification Requirements

    For the successful performance of this position, an individual must be able to achieve and/or perform the essential duties of the position.

    • Bachelor's Degree in related field

    • Advanced Excel Skills

    • Data Analytics experience a plus

    • Federal Government reporting experience a plus

    • Ability to work with HRIS system, complex spreadsheets, databases, and presentation software.

    • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations; draft reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals; effectively present information to individuals or groups (management, clients, customers, general public) and respond to questions

    • Ability to perform arithmetic calculations and apply basic statistical, algebraic and geometric concepts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, volumes, etc.

    • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where limited standardization exists and interpret various instructions in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
