    RESPONSIBILITIES/REQUIREMENTS:

    • High School Diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration/Human Resources or related field preferred.

    • 1-2 years experience in employee relations, recruitment, or customer service

    • Must have experience in Microsoft Office products, be detail-oriented, and enjoy handling multiple tasks.

    • Act 33/34 and FBI clearances

    • Pre-employment drug screen

    WORK SCHEDULE: This is an Non-Exempt (hourly) position.

    • Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 4:00 pm with flexibility to meet the needs of the department.

    ABOUT THE ROLE

    • We're currently looking for a HR Specialist to support the Talent Acquisition Team facilitating the post-offer process, prepare for regulatory surveys/audits, respond to inquiries for information, track compliance with required clearances, and manage other administrative duties.

    • The HR Specialist works closely with Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, HRIS, Workers Compensation, in the local HR Department and will interact with the Trinity Health System Office HR Service Center to respond to requests for information from leaders, employees, etc.

    • This position is a first contact for internal and external customers.

    • The successful candidate will be expected to have an excellent customer-service orientation, have an understanding of internal human resources-related policies as well as basic employment law.
