HR Specialist

Description

Robert Half is currently seeking a dynamic HR Specialist for an exciting contract to hire opportunity. As a vital part of the human resources team, the successful candidate will be responsible for leading and coordinating multiple HR projects which include conducting due diligence on mergers and acquisitions (M& A), facilitating integration, and managing onboarding processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Planning and management of HR projects across various HR functions, Corporate departments, and potentially across the organization.

• Providing solid leadership and support for multiple HR projects simultaneously

• Communicating project status, risks, and issues to HR Management in a prompt and transparent manner.

• Developing, maintaining, and prioritizing HR action plans, collaborating with internal and external resources for successful project execution.

• Supporting multiple M& A HR-related activities from due diligence to planning and execution of the HR strategy for onboarding.

• Assisting with annual audit processes through coordination of efforts and completion of requests.

• If necessary, assisting in developing HR compliance procedures, processes, and program frameworks that align with business values and requirements.

Requirements

Ideal candidates should have a strong understanding of HR practices, policies, and compliance to effectively manage assigned projects.
