    We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Generalist to join our client's team for the second shift. As a Human Resources Generalist, you will play a crucial role in providing HR support and guidance to employees during non-traditional working hours. Your responsibilities will encompass various HR functions including employee relations, recruitment, training and development, benefits administration, and compliance.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Serve as a primary point of contact for employees during the second shift, addressing their HR-related queries, concerns, and needs.

    • Conduct employee relations activities, including conflict resolution, counseling, and disciplinary actions as necessary.

    • Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and facilitating the selection process.

    • Coordinate and conduct onboarding activities for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.

    • Administer employee benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries, and act as a liaison between employees and benefits providers.

    • Support training and development initiatives by identifying training needs, coordinating training sessions, and tracking employee participation.

    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and databases, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

    • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and initiatives to promote a positive work environment and enhance employee engagement.

    • Stay current on HR trends, best practices, and legal requirements to ensure compliance and recommend improvements as needed.

    Requirements

    Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or 5+ years of experience
