Randstad is supporting a leading wealth management firm in Lone Tree hire an HR Generalist who specializes in benefits and ADA administration. The hiring manager is looking for someone with the ability to perform with superior service, reflecting a positive company image while sustaining a positive attitude with those you interact with. This team works a hybrid schedule - in office Mon, Wed, Thurs. Responsibilities

• Assisting Benefits team with the management of disability, leave of absence (continuous or intermittent), return to work, ADA and extended medical leave programs while ensuring compliance with Local, State and Federal laws

• Partnering with disability/leave of absence vendor and act as a liaison between the vendor and employees

• Ensuring proper integration of vendor FMLA administration with short-term disability plan

• Interpreting HR policy and legislative developments to ensure compliance

• Responding to employee, manager, vendor, and internal and external call center escalations and questions

• Working with Legal, HR management, internal corporate functions, and external vendors, as needed, to solve complex and time-sensitive issues
