  • Description We are seeking a dedicated HR Generalist to join our team in Dallas, Texas. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving HR efforts, implementing new hire orientation and onboarding strategies, managing employee termination processes, overseeing payroll and benefits, and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. This position offers a short term contract employment opportunity.

    Key responsibilities

    • Contribute to the development of the HR strategy through effective partnerships with HR Operations, which includes workforce planning, performance management and assessment, employee training and development, employee communication, and benefits & compensation.

    • Prepare and administer offer packets, benefit packets, and other associate related information.

    • Administer compensation and benefit plans.

    • Conduct employee onboarding and help plan training & development initiatives.

    • Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise.

    • Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace.

    • Assist in the development and implementation of human resource policies.

    • Undertake tasks around performance management.

    • Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, such as time to hire and employee turnover rates.

    • Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews.

    • Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form.

    • Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits, and organizing team building activities.

    • Ensure compliance with labor regulations. Requirements - Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now

    • Familiarity with ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode

    • Experience with Ceridian and HRMS software

    • Knowledge of About Time software

    • Understanding of Benefit Functions in HR

    • Experience in Compensation Administration

    • Knowledge of Compliance regulations and practices in HR

    • Proven skills in Employee Relations
