    IMSolutions seeks aGWAC Management Specialistto fill an exciting opportunity supporting the federal government.

    This position is hybrid - you must be in the Rockville, MD, location once a week.

    As a GWAC Management Specialist, you will help administer the CIO-CS Government-Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) at the National Institutes of Health (NIH) Information Technology Acquisition and Assessment Center (NITAAC) in Rockville, MD. Part of a highly motivated team, you participate in complex tasks and work with integrity to make a difference for the NIH customer.

    These functions include.

    • Provide subject matter expertise for the CIO-CS Government-Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC).

    • Maintains the CIO-CS commodity catalog to ensure all items are within the scope of the GWAC.

    • Coordinate with GWAC Contract Holders to ensure catalog items meet the FAR requirements and that they are authorized resellers of the items they have submitted to their catalogs.

    • Provide subject matter expertise on the functionality of NITAAC's electronic Government Ordering System (e-GOS).

    • Provide helpdesk support for customers and contract holders on how to use e-GOS, such as how to issue an RFQ/RFI in the system, change contractor personnel, upload modifications and awards, add/delete contract line items (CLINS) to the contract holder's contract, etc.

    • Support annual e-GOS clean-up of open solicitations.

    • Process delivery order awards and modifications.

    • Review, process, and approve Technology Refreshment Process (TRP) submissions, allowing contract holders to introduce new IT commodities to CIO-CS.

    • Perform price analysis on the new commodities and conduct technical analysis to assess if the new commodity is appropriate for CIO-CS.

    • Assists with the Government-wide Strategic Sourcing (GSS) Program and with Category Management activities.

    Education:

    • A bachelor's degree is required.

    Required Experience:

    • At least six years of Federal Acquisition Experience and proficiency in use of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR).

    • Familiarity with Government Wide Acquisition Contracts (GWACs) is strongly preferred.

    • Experience working in electronic Government Ordering System (e-GOS).

    Competencies:

    • Outstanding verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

    • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and SharePoint.

    • Excellent time management and presentation skills.

    Base compensation range and benefits:

    $85,000 to $100,000 - Actual compensation is subject to variation due to such factors as education, experience, skillset, and location.
