  • Exciting opportunity! We are seeking a Government Property Specialist to support and assist our Enterprise Government Property Compliance Lead for ASRC Federal, a Federal Contractor supporting

    Department of Defense, Civilian, NASA, and Intelligence Community customers

    This is a remote position.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Assist the ASRC Federal Government Property Compliance Lead with program property control activities, accountability, and drive internal compliance on government programs.

    • Possess understanding and broad application of the FAR 45 and 245-1, government contracts, and government property systems.

    • Collaborate with Program Property Administrators and assist with implementing the process standard of managing government property on programs.

    • Review program policies, procedures and processes and achieve continuous improvement towards effective, efficient, and compliant Government Property Operations.

    • Conduct internal assessments on Program Property

    • Support Property Management System Analyses (PMSA) with agency Government Property Administrators, Industrial Property Officers (IPO), and other Government Property Audit Officials.

    • Assist in administration of the Enterprise Asset Management System.

    Travel: CONUS to conduct/support audits at Program sites as required.

    Requirements :

    Basic Qualifications

    • Must have 5+ years of Government Property Administration experience.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • BA/BS Degree preferred but not required.

    • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with diverse levels of internal/external customers, i.e., DCMA, NASA and DoD.

    • Strong PC skills; proficient in Microsoft Office Applications including Word, Excel,

    • Familiarity with eQip (Assetworks), Maximo and other Government Property

    • Knowledge of Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment and IUID Registry.
