    Position Overview

    We are looking for a Governance Leader to join our Global Delivery and Solutions team in the Enterprise Customer Success (ECS) organization. As a Governance Lead, you will manage the identification of issues adhering to the established policies and the implementation of the necessary corrective actions. The corrective actions could take the form of Enablement, Process Revision, or 1:1 manager coaching support. You will work in collaboration with Business Partners, such as Finance, Revenue Accounting, Legal, and Business Operations to identify and correct compliance issues. You will understand ECS | Consulting Policies and the data that supports adherence to these policies. You will analyze data to identify when it is in conflict with established policies and implement the appropriate corrective action for the situation.

    The role can be a hybrid or remote role, located in America, or working in an American time-zone. You will report to a Senior Manager in the ECS Excellence Office.

    Location: West Coast preferred

    Responsibilities

    • Audit and review information systems, data, and operating procedures observing established corporate standards for efficiency, accuracy, security, and compliance

    • Evaluate system and project data concerning risk mitigation with the assistance of a Data Analyst

    • Demonstrate curiosity in your work in exploring potential issues

    • Work with extended team members to implement corrective actions and correct project and financial data

    • Determine and recommend improvements to risk management controls/procedures

    • Communicate with Managers in a confident and clear manner

    • Meet the ethical and compliance standards expected of Autodesk employees

    • Provide insights and recommendations on how to further develop and expand this role

    Minimum Qualifications

    • 3-5 Years previous experience in a governance/compliance related role preferably in Customer Success

    • Knowledge of CRM and Professional Service Automation systems (e.g., Salesforce, Upland, etc.)

    • Experience analyzing project data adherence to policy with experience communicating at the appropriate level of detail, depending on audience

    • Experience identifying threats and formulating corrective procedures

    • 4 Year degree or equivalent

    Salary transparency

    Salary is one part of Autodesk's competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $114,100 and $184,580. Offers are based on the candidate's experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, we also have a significant emphasis on annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
