    Job Description

    SUMMARY

    U.S. Bank Global Trade is in the seeking a candidate to fill a Business System Technology Analyst support role. The ideal candidate for this role is somebody who has experience with back-office support, accounting and reconciliation and great organizational skills.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    Oversees and optimizes our back-office systems, including handling configurations, enhancements and requirement building. Provides project release direction and support including research, analysis, review, development, implementation and monitoring of new or revised systems. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing back-office systems, with a strong background in letters-of-credit and project management.

    REQUIRED

    • Five or more years of direct experience (with project lead responsibilities) or eight or more years of related experience

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

    PREFERRED

    • Strong experience with back-office system troubleshooting and configuration.

    • Ability to develop test schedules, review testing plans, track test issues and report on test results.

    • Ability to conduct an analysis of business needs, including scheduling meetings, planning agendas, conferring with business line leaders, documenting and making verbal and written presentations.

    • Strong understanding and use of project management techniques and testing processes and supervises their use.

    • Strong project management, organization and analytical skills.

    • Proficient in Microsoft Power Apps.

    • Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages including Microsoft Office applications.

    • Effective interpersonal, verbal, written and presentation communication skills.

    • Effective leadership and negotiation skills.

    • Strong attention-to-detail.

    • Thorough knowledge of a business line or function area.

    This position offers a hybrid/flexible schedule which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.

    The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $79,135.00 - $93,100.00 - $102,410.00
