Full Charge Bookkeeper

Description

We are offering an opportunity for a Full Charge Bookkeeper in Bellevue, Washington. This role involves a variety of accounting tasks, with a focus on individual property accounting. As part of our team, you will be using accounting software systems and Microsoft Excel to perform functions such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, account reconciliation, and other general ledger tasks.

Responsibilities

• Accounting for individual properties, as part of a team managing multiple properties

• Utilizing One Page and Site Software for accounting tasks

• Performing accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) functions

• Maintaining files and performing account reconciliation processes

• Preparing financial statements and conducting month-end close procedures

• Recording journal entries and managing fixed assets

• Ensuring compliance with US GAAP standards.

The pay range for this position is $24.00 to $27.00 per hour.

Requirements - Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel

• Ability to perform comprehensive Accounting Functions

• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes

• Proficiency in Account Reconciliation

• Familiarity with General Ledger operations

• Ability to Maintain Files in an organized and efficient manner

• Experience in preparing Financial Statements

• Ability to handle Month End Close procedures

• Experience with Journal Entries preparation

• Knowledge of Fixed Assets accounting

• Familiarity with US GAAP standards
