    About This Role

    We are seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis specialist who will be responsible for key reporting activities in the CLT factory. The incumbent will gain an understanding of the realities of working in a factory role, and will be part of a team who embraces continuous improvement, while we evolve our operating model and position the business for rapid growth.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Performs factory daily production reports to measure attainment and efficiency of the operations.

    • Analyzes and interprets financial and budgetary reports to develop observations and initial recommendations.

    • Prepares spreadsheets, charts, and reports for analysis.

    • AP Support / Ariba management

    • Forecast activities related / similar to price variances, inbound freight, other material variances.

    • Support on capex reporting.

    • Prepare ad hoc analysis, as requested by leadership

    • Actively participate as a business partner with the BUs to measuring actual performance and to provide quality insights to leadership team which will enable more informed decision making.

    • Supports FP&A Managers on expenses management reporting, inventory control activities and improvement of current processes.

    • Lead of Cx activities.

    • Key participant in closing and forecast activities.

    Required Qualifications:

    • Bachelor degree.

    • 3+ years' experience in FP&A

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Microsoft office Excel / SAP ERP implementation / SmartView or any other reporting tool.

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

    • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.

    • Analytical and problem-solving skills.

    • Superior interpersonal communication skills, with a strong commitment to customer service

    • Adaptable, responsive, and goal-oriented, with a desire to learn and be challenged

    • Inspires a shared vision, challenges the process and looks for ways to improve, enables others to act

    • Proactive and high energy, the ideal candidate is goal-oriented, persuasive, self-driven, and motivated as part of a high performing team

    • Comfortable working with large volumes of data, with excellent attention to detail.
