  • The Financial Analyst will be responsible for preparing financial reporting and analysis, as well as partnering with other departments to obtain timely and accurate information. It involves broad-based responsibility chartered to providing critical support and leadership for increasing the effectiveness of the GCR finance organization.

    Responsibilities:

    • Prepare weekly financial reports and period end reports, FCST package, monthly financial review package; assist in budgeting/strategy plan.

    • Monitor inventory movement, perform reconciliation and E&O analysis during month end closing process.

    • Sales growth and standard margin analysis, OPEX tracking and analysis.

    • Support in working capital management.

    • Support and maintain information related to key performance indicators and business drivers.

    • Gathering of information requested by both internal and external auditors, as well as addressing issues raised by auditors.

    • Perform specials tasks and projects relation to functional responsibilities or other areas, as needed.

    • Assist with SAP ERP implementation and perform UAT (User Acceptance Testing)

    • Respond to inquiries and ad-hoc analysis and reporting.

    Our Needs:

    • 3-5 years related experience; audit firm background preferred.

    • Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, or Accounting; CPA qualification preferred.

    • HFM and SAP experience is strongly preferred.

    • Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, etc.)

    • Must be highly motivated and able to work independently and effectively.

    • High integrity, fast learning, highly adaptable, and must be able to multi-task.

    • Ability to work under pressure, result oriented and has strong commitment to deliver results.

    National: The salary range for this position is $67,700 - $125,900

    This position is also eligible for bonus as part of the total compensation package.

    Base pay offered may vary depending on various factors, including, but not limited to: job-related knowledge; skills; experience; and other eligibility factors such as geographic location.
