Financial Compliance Assistant

Description

• Assist in monitoring and enforcing compliance with relevant financial regulations, including but not limited to SEC, FINRA, and internal policies.

• Conduct regular audits and reviews of financial documents, transactions, and processes to identify any potential compliance issues.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and maintain effective compliance programs and procedures.
