Responsibilities for Financial Analyst include but are not limited to

• Support weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting & forecasting (bookings forecast, QBO, run-the-business reporting)

• Deliver data-driven insights to support Global Sales / Sales Finance decision-making

• Perform in-depth financial analysis (trends, variances, opportunities)

• Drive process improvement, simplification, and automation

• Explore and apply AI-driven analytics to enhance reporting and operations

• Translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders

• Partner with cross-functional teams to influence business outcomes

Candidates for Financial Analyst must meet the following requirements to be considered

• 5+ years of experience in Finance, Sales Finance, or Financial Analysis

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail

• Advanced Excel skills (financial modeling, forecasting, reporting)

• Strong business communication & storytelling ability

• Proactive mindset with ability to take initiative and promote best practices

• Experience working in fast-paced, data-driven environments

• Exposure to AI, automation, or advanced analytics in finance/reporting

• Ability to work in ambiguous, evolving environments

• Project management experience

• Curiosity, adaptability, and continuous improvement mindset

• Pay: $52/hr.

• Shift: 8 AM - 5:00 PM M-F

Pay Details: $52.00 per hour
