Three Saints, Bay, LLC., a Federal Government contracting leader, is seeking a Financial Analyst to support our corporate headquarters operations in Manassas, VA. This is a in-office position.

Position Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will support tasking which may include:

(1) conducting financial / data statistical data analysis to validate payroll, financial transitions, such as invoicing and cost trends,

(2) conducting data integrity analysis from multiple systems, such as Deltek / Cost Point, UKG Payroll, BenefitFirst, and HR systems, and data extraction,

(3) conducting financial analyses, estimates at complete and completing / reviewing customer invoices under the direction of senior level corporate management,

(4) provide assistance on pricing existing and new opportunities,

(5) streamline existing financial models to make them user friendly,

(6) create complex spreadsheets, reports, and dashboards utilizing both Excel and COGNOS BI,

(7) assist in performing system and policy audits regularly

(7) other duties similar in nature as assigned.

Position Requirements:

• US Citizen

• Bachelors Degree preferred with 3-5 years of experience. Degree can be substituted with an additional 5 years of experience.

• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check

• Strong existing MS Excel Knowledge and Experience

• Ability to quickly understand and extra data from multiple systems to perform analytical analysis

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and customer service/support skills

• Ability to work independently and in a team setting in a fast paced constantly changing environment

• Ability to work well with all levels of management and co-workers

• Ability to plan, organize and prioritize assignments

• Ability to understand and follow both written and verbal instructions
