Description

Our client is an established independent registered investment advisory firm and looking for a Senior Financial Advisor to join their team.

The Senior Financial Advisor is responsible for managing comprehensive financial plans for clients and responsibilities include working with existing clients, gathering and analyzing financial data, and being the primary client contact.

Collaboration with a team is essential, with an emphasis on mentoring and managing junior advisors.

The role involves maintaining high-quality service standards and networking for business development.

Ideal candidate will bring 5+ years of experience of Financial Advisor/Planning experience, CFP is ideal, series 65/66 is a plus as well as strong communication skills, coach-ability, and experience with eMoney are beneficial.

The position is based in Farmington, CT, with some work-from-home flexibility (3/4 times in office).
