The incumbent will be a highly skilled individual with an accounting and analytical background, and a strong technical accounting skillset who enjoys working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. We are pleased to consider all qualified applicants without regard to race, color, religion, creed, sex, gender, gender identity, gender expression, pregnancy, childbirth, breastfeeding or related medical conditions, marital status, registered domestic partner status, family-care status, veteran status, military status, age, national origin or ancestry, physical or mental disability, medical condition, genetic information, sexual orientation, or any other category protected by applicable federal, state or local law or ordinance.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:+ Supervise regional finance team(s), including one or more financial analysts+ Supervise property-level Argus projections and other aspects of the Company's corporate REIT earnings projection model, including the following:+ Supervise periodic regional strategy calls+ Review strategy call notes prior to distribution+ Detail review leasing assumption changes/inputs in Argus+ Provide direction to financial analyst(s) in reviewing executed and draft leases for accurate interpretation of the leasing terms in Argus+ Supervise the quarterly rollup process of projection data from Argus into the projection model+ Supervise the monthly upload process of projection data into JD Edward+ Detail review high level model comparisons for input errors+ Detail review quarterly guidance schedules for region(s) responsible+ Assist in preparation of financial and significant lease assumption sensitivity analyses as needed to support regional management+ Perform accounting and peer research when required+ Assist analyzing and forecasting various operating and financial metrics+ Assist various finance and special projects, including preparation and analysis of forward-looking credit and operating metrics, as well as IT projects that drive process improvements+ Review monthly fluctuation analysis performed by the financial analyst(s)+ Assist the Financial Reporting team with quarterly and annual reporting requirements, including the preparation of various financial reporting schedules and debt compliance packages+ Perform property level and ad-hoc analyses when needed+ Become subject matter expert for assigned region(s) and lead the regional finance team to address any issues that may arise from the region+ Become the point person to assist regional lease negotiation for better managing the corporate REIT modelQualifications and Experience:+ Bachelor or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration+ CPA, CFA, or MBA preferred+ 5+ years of related experience required+ Public accounting experience highly preferred+ Real estate background is preferred+ Must have a very good understanding lease accounting+ Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams+ Advanced Excel skills is a plus+ GAAP knowledge is required+ Experience of Argus is highly preferred+ Experience of JD Edwards is a plus
