    Overview

    At J&J Innovative Medicine (IM) Finance, we are continuing our digital transformation and launching new End-to-End (E2E) modules for actuals, planning and reporting supported by continuous improvement.

    As our SigniFi transformation has deployed the initial wave of process, technology, and people solutions to advance IM Supply Chain to future ways of working, there are several areas of additional focus that are required to fully bring these solutions and the resulting benefits to the organization. The Manager, Innovative Medicines Supply Chain Finance SigniFi Implementation is responsible for the execution of key components of our stabilization, adoption, and change management plan. These include enhancement of our master data, improvements to our planning tools and processes, and change management within the IM Supply Chain Finance organization.

    To achieve this goal, this role will partner closely with our IM Supply Chain Finance organization and the SigniFi Program teams. Collaboration with the Med Tech implementation will also be important to ensure alignment amongst relevant Supply Chain Finance processes.

    This role reports to the Senior Finance Manager, IM Supply Chain Finance Data & Digital Transformation Lead and will serve as part of our Supply Chain Implementation team. The role will incorporate current J&J Flex Hybrid Work Model requiring 3 days on site with up to 2 days a week from home.

    Major roles & responsibilities

    • Support IM SC finance activities around advancement of the SigniFi technology and process roadmap, impacting ~150 IM SC Finance employees.

    • Partner with global and regional IM SC Finance teams to understand current state challenges, ensuring they are addressed and solved in the context of our tech and process roadmap.

    • Partner with SigniFi program teams to influence improvements, translating business needs within Supply Chain into technology and process solutions.

    • Lead global and regional training and awareness sessions, ensuring teams understand latest enhancements and processes for upcoming close and forecast cycles.

    • Support problem solving related to master data to ensure utility of reporting capabilities for managing the business.

    • Understand current processes and lead changes consistent with our technology and process roadmap, problem solving along the way.

    • Establish sustainable, repeatable execution of close and forecast processes through process improvements, training, and support of IM Finance team.

    • Support projects creating future capabilities specific to Supply Chain finance activities.

    Qualifications

    • A minimum of a bachelor's degree, preferably with a major in Finance/Business/Accounting is required.

    • A minimum of five (5) years of progressive finance, accounting or related business experience is required.

    • Prior people or team management experience is preferred.

    Understanding of the Innovative Medicine or MedTech supply chain finance activities

    • Expertise in planning and budgeting processes across the organization as well as a good understanding of planning & reporting systems, including those within SigniFi, and interdependencies.

    • Deep understanding of financial processes, systems, and data along with the ability to analyze and interpret data to drive meaningful insights.

    • Ability to lead and collaborate in a matrix driven virtual environment.

    • Ability to influence business and finance leaders by applying active listening skills to develop requirements and translate them to a project team for execution.

    • Presentation and communication skills to interact with all levels of the organization. The candidate needs to be able to explain complex matters in a straightforward way as well as drive adoption on sometimes technical topics to non-technical audiences.

    • Change management skills required and experience in managing transition preferred.

    • Experience working with SAP and Reporting tools preferred.

    The base pay range for this position is $97,000 - $166,750. The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation's performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company's discretion on an individual basis.
