What you'll do:

• Provide financial leadership to establish and accomplish operational and financial goals and objectives.

• Partner with the Automation & Digital GM and the Process Design & Validation Services GM to drive operating performance and act as champion for strategic initiatives within the organization.

• Support the Product Leadership in all regular financial requirements and analytics, especially where the decision-making process carries an element of financial risk. These activities vary depending on business requirements.

• Support New Product Introduction (NPI) Process and portfolio optimization initiatives. The Finance Manager is expected to partner with R&D and Product Managers to analyze and review business cases for all new product launches across different stages of development. Ensure new products follow strategic guidelines on overall profitability and payback.

• Analyze long term strategic plans including Capex projects to drive both profitability and growth.

• Support (in collaboration with FP&A and Commercial Finance) with pricing, margin, and market share analytics to assist commercial teams as they optimize price across all products and regions. Proactively review anticipated SPC changes and work on mitigations for headwinds

• Create and maintain appropriate financial statements and KPIs to measure business performance.

Who you are:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, or business administration or equivalent knowledge or experience

• Minimum 8+ years of progressive financial experience focused on providing budget, forecast, and business analysis support with a large, sophisticated organization

• Microsoft and financial systems proficiency (excel, Oracle, OneStream, Qlik etc.)

• Strong analytic skills, proved ability to use large sets of data and summarize into key takeaways and actions for the senior leadership team

• Strong business mindset, must be able to clearly link financial results to operational performance drivers, generate alternatives and drive positive change

The salary range for this role is $100,000 -$115,000 USD. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
