Cisco Workspace for Government Team helps drive consumption and adoption of software services in the US Federal Government space. Our job is to develop the platform for how Federal customers consume accredited applications.
We are seeking a Sales Operations Analyst to work on a multi-functional program directly supporting the customer and Federal account teams. The focus will be on supporting the Workspace for Government application and ongoing operational support for Cisco sales processes.
The successful candidate will have an outstanding blend of technical knowledge and exceptional communication and problem-solving skills. They must be able to balance business needs, engineering support, and customer mission.
In this role you will:
Be the front line for resolution of technical issues with Workspace for Government.
Provide adds and changes to customer accounts, answering and solve support calls, and respond and create JIRA tickets in a timely and professional manner.
Assist in gathering customer product and application requirements. crafting quotes in Cisco Commerce Workplace and tracking order fulfillment.
Work closely with Cisco Account teams across Federal, helping to ensure customer mission requirements are accurately captured and appropriate actions are taken.
Lead multiple customer engagements simultaneously.
Successfully lead ad hoc projects as needed
Identify, escalate, and drive resolution of issues
Contribute to Workspace for Government Development Lifecycle through process development, documentation, and socialization throughout the organization
Update documentation on a continuous basis
Candidates must be willing and able to achieve Top Secret security clearance.
Required Experience and Skills:
BA/BS (business or engineering preferred)
Cisco CSAP Graduate or similar experience is preferred.
Basic level understanding of Software Programming
Strong relationship building and communication skills and the ability to work with varying levels of management.
Exceptional teammate with the ability to quickly develop and cultivate multi-functional relationships.
Demonstrates ability to understand, resolve and communicate technical and business issues.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
Organized and meticulous, with a high level of integrity and reliability
Able to quickly drive, communicate and gain support for decisions.
Record of successfully leading and delivering cross functional programs from conception thru integration and support.
Experience with security applications, security applications, and/or network technology a plus.
Possess a high degree of flexibility and ability to work within a fluid, constantly changing environment
End-to-end user mindset
Solid experience in program execution, operations, and software development life cycle
