Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
Provides regular project updates, reports and presentations.
Reviews and reports on the project's budget and finances
Analyzes, manages and mitigates risks associated with the project.
Management of facilities.
Quality Assurance.
Maintains project assets, communications, and related databases.
Evaluates and monitors the overall project progress.
Interprets, creates and updates policies and procedures as needed.
Experience with office management software like MS Office.
Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Attention to detail.
Responsible for vetting all subcontractors and submitting all required security paperwork.
Establishes vendor accounts and provides necessary documentation for Purchase Order requests.
Schedules preventative maintenance requirements for the facility.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualification:
Must have an active Top-Secret Clearance.
Must have a minimum of three years of experience in the field of facilities management.
Must have at least five years of experience in space management.
Must have experience with Quality Assurance.
Must have experienced in developing and implementing programs and processes in a fast-paced environment.
