    Function Overview

    GAF is seeking a ERP Business Analyst with strong experience in SAP implementations with a focus on the Make To Deliver process area. Key responsibilities of this role will include eliciting business needs, performing detailed analysis and documentation, modeling processes, evaluating impacts, prioritizing business requests, and partnering with the project teams to ensure the successful delivery of the SAP ERP platform for our organization.

    Essential Duties

    • Solve complex business problems utilizing business process redesign and cloud computing technologies

    • Assess as-is processes and map them to new processes and/or business flows, leveraging SAP best practices

    • Work closely with business teams, system integrators and stakeholders to understand needs, identify options for and recommend optimal solutions to optimize business processes

    • Prepare and present findings, recommendations, as-is and proposed operating models, for discussion and decision-making

    • Develop expertise and serve as an SME for process and data discussions, workshops and analysis related to Make to Deliver processes

    • Produce high quality documentation, including but not limited to current-state analysis, future-state processes, workflows, data mappings, decision matrices, use cases, testing scenarios and full business requirements

    • Collaborate with project teams and business partners during project planning, software delivery reviews, and testing to ensure the software has been implemented according to specifications

    • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related majors.

    • 10+ years of IT experience

    • 10+ years' experience in business analysis, preferably in enterprise SAP implementations or support with a focus on the Make to Deliver process area

    • Ability to and build relationships, credibility and effectively engage with a variety of audiences across different levels of the organization

    • Sense of ownership with a positive, can-do attitude

    • Focus on solutions, and willingness to extend beyond day-to-day business analyst responsibilities, adaptability

    • Performance-oriented mindset: ability to use bi-directional feedback to improve performance

    • Prior experience and knowledge of SAP functionality in the MTD process area
