  • Currently hiring for an Environmental Project Manager specializing in Lead and Asbestos Abatement!! There are wonderful opportunities for growth, work life balance, and the chance to work on a really strong team on a variety of exciting projects!!

    Description

    • Field Based Position - Multiple locations throughout New York City

    • Oversee a team of inspectors

    • Preform lead and asbestos inspections

    • Report writing

    • Collecting Data

    • Prepare Environmental Reports

    • Assist in overseeing a team of inspectors and delegating tasks

    • Assist with coordinating site meetings and scheduling field operations

    • Work with Management and interface with Clients

    • Oversee construction projects to monitor progress and ensure conformance with approved work plans, engineering plans, specifications and construction and safety standards.

    • Analyze reports, maps, drawings, and environmental data

    • Subcontractor Facing

    Certifications

    • EPA Lead Inspector

    • Asbestos Investigator/ Inspector

    • Risk Assessor is a plus but not required!
