Entry Level Accountant

Description

Come join a professional, collaborative team with a stable growing company here on the Bay Area south peninsula as an Operations Specialist (Administrative Assistant). This is an onsite role, 5 days/week in the office.

Key duties will include

• Providing administrative support to the tax and accounting team

• Will handle tax processing (prepares extensions for filing, tax return assistance, managed client document processes, assists with IRS notices)

• Preparing materials for client prospect presentations/proposals

• Calendaring, travel arrangements, expense reports, billing

• Manage deadlines, open projects, document processes

• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PPT, and Outlook

• Strong time management and organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines

• Excellent written and communication skills

• Ok with working onsite 5 days/week
