    Employee Experience Specialist-Carmel, IN-Remote Indiana-US Remote

    (Preferred candidate would be in the state or Indiana)

    The Employee Experience Specialist (EX Specialist) will play a pivotal role in shaping Allegion's workplace culture and ensuring that employees from all backgrounds can thrive. Reporting to the Employee Experience Director, the EX Specialist contributes to both the strategic analysis of employee experience data and provides essential support for the execution of employee experience programs. The EX Specialist is responsible for promoting diversity, equity, inclusion (DEI), growing employee engagement and strengths, and implementing recognition programs to foster an engaged and inclusive workplace. To be successful, the EX Specialist must have a blend of analytical skills, attention to detail, strong communication skills and a healthy dose of humor to help Allegion deliver an employee experience where all people feel welcome and valued.

    What You will Do:

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute employee experience programs that foster an engaged and inclusive workplace (e.g., employee engagement survey, CliftonStrengths, global recognition programs, and listening architecture)

    • Provide support for global recognition program that highlights individual and team achievements and recognizes employees for who they are not just what they do, by leveraging both traditional and innovative rewards to celebrate our diverse and talented team

    • Partner with global HRBPs and business leaders to administer pulse surveys, facilitate focus groups and other activities supporting continuous listening

    • Create program collateral, presentations and communications for global audiences ranging from front-line employees to the executive leadership team, collaborating with corporate communications as needed

    • Monitor employee experience mailbox and respond to employee inquiries

    • Act as administrator for employee engagement and recognition portals, managing access and usage

    • Train employees and managers on portal usage

    • Support Global COE special projects as needed

    Data Analytics & Reporting:

    • Collect, analyze and interpret employee experience data to identify trends and insights, diagnose and recommend resolution of both systemic and ad hoc issues

    • Create and maintain dashboards for key metrics and reports for employee experience team and key stakeholders

    • Proactive data mining and analysis, consulting with Director, Employee Experience, on areas to focus and improve, providing and creating data requirements based on business needs

    • Work cross-functionally with HR business partners, COE leaders, and data science team to ensure reporting is accurate and consistent; this includes driving needed communication, raising concerns and solutions to address them and solving issues timely while keeping key stakeholders informed

    • Take initiative to grow understanding of data sets and learn new skills to further mission of progressing employee experience insights

    • Ad hoc data analysis based on business needs

    What You Need to Succeed:

    • Bachelor's degree preferred-High School Diploma required

    • Minimum 2-3 years' experience in people analytics or HR support roles

    • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Excel) and HRIS systems with knowledge of advanced data analysis concepts like Data Analysis Expressions (DAX), SQL, and Business Intelligence Relationships.

    • Experience with Business Automation through the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Flow, Power Apps, Power Query)

    • Experience in survey tools (e.g., Microsoft Forms, Qualtrics, Gallup)

    • Strong analytical skills using data and metrics to drive improvement

    • Ability to collaborate with employee experience team and other key stakeholders to continuously improve employee experience reporting processes

    • Highly detail-oriented and demonstrated problem solving skills

    • Ability to multi-task and prioritize competing priorities

    • Project management experience a plus

    • Exceptional collaboration and virtual team building skills with proven ability to work across function, level and region

    • Confident in interacting with all levels of the organization

    • Excellent communicator, both written and verbal. Experience presenting a plus

    • Expert knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint

    • Extremely organized and flexible approach to working tasks

    • Demonstrated discretion and ability to maintain confidential information and proven ability to manage diverse relationships in the business.

    • Comfortable challenging the status quo and coloring outside the lines

    Compensation: This range is provided by Allegion. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience.

    • The expected Base Salary Range: $63,100 to $117,300. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
