  • Job Summary

    AECOM Hunt is seeking a highly talented Employee Concerns Program Manager to join our Hunt Construction group. This position will be supporting our San Clemente, CA project site location.

    Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

    Responsible for advising management concerning legal rights, obligations, and privileges, interpreting laws, rulings, and regulations, and representing in litigation and other legal proceedings. Oversees the company's compliance with labor and employment laws; directs the establishment and maintenance of satisfactory labor-management relations, and the formulation and administration of the organization's labor relations policy. Represents the company in employment matters and labor relations, including the negotiation, interpretation and administration of collective bargaining agreements and administration of grievance procedures, investigation of internal complaints and defense of employment claims.

    • Front line supervisor who manages individual contributors.

    • Responsible for the overall quality of staff's work and oversees project compliance.

    • Has project or task level labor & employment compliance accountability.

    • Typically supervises a headcount of less than 10 people.

    Minimum Requirements

    • BA/BS + 6 years of relevant employee/relations experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Knowledge of Employee Concerns Program applied to nuclear industry

    • Member of NAECP

    • Certificate in ECP Basics and Investigator

    • Fluent in Spanish
