    Insight Global is looking for an Operations Officer to sit onsite at one of our largest defense clients in Warren, MI. This person will be the main point of contact for product managers/directors around daily operations. They will be responsible for conducting detailed planning and coordination of product team operations. They will manage projects to assure priority actions are coordinated, staffed, and are properly executed to meet deadlines. Other responsiblites include:

    • Daily Battle Rhythm, meetings, and task management

    • Coordinate and facilitate recurring staff meetings

    • Prepare and transmit agendas, briefs, tasks, calendars, and action items

    • Prepare required presentation materials for onsite and offsite events

    • Work cross functionally with product teams and high level stakeholders

    Skills and Requirements

    • 5+ years of experience coordinating the management of DoD engineering/techanical programs and military acquisition programs

    • Experience working cross functional with the planning, organizing, performing, supervising, tracking, and reporting on complex DoD/army programs

    • 5+ years of experience utilizing Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat

    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Management Logistics, Quality, Production, or related techanical field

    • Active Interim or Secret Clearance OR has the ability to obtain a DoD Secret Clearance - Active Interim or Secret Clearance

    • Previous Ground Combat Vehicle Experience null
