    Documentation Coordinator - BWX Technologies, Inc. - Euclid, OH

    Complete required documentation activities to support production schedules and meet contractual requirements. Review documents, build history books, scan documents, audit, and administer Record Retention.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Assist in preparation and review of all history books (Material and Data HBs for Euclid site, and Long Lead Material, Preliminary and Final HBs for Barberton site)

    • Perform Onbase scanning, record filing, procedure maintenance, record retention preparation.

    • Support record retention in locating documents, transportation of documents, and destruction of documents.

    • Perform process surveillances.

    • Implement new technologies that improve efficiencies.

    • Complete other contractual and departmental duties as needed.

    Knowledge and Experience:

    • High school diploma or equivalent: Associates degree is a plus.

    • Minimum two (2) years of professional experience.

    • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office software. Onbase software is a plus.

    • Self-motivated and can work with minimal direction.

    • Excellent organizational and research skills.

    • Possess leadership skills and demonstrate positive interaction with others.

    • Possess knowledgeable of requirements imposed on quality records.
