    What you'll do...

    As the Director, Program Management , you will provide overall direction to Associate Relations program managers by evaluating business objectives and customer needs and implementing strategies, plans and practices to address objectives and needs. You will garner necessary resources, manage risks, identify key performance indicators, and conduct ROI analysis to measure outcomes to ensure desired results. You will also work to drive associate and business outcomes while navigating cross-functional stakeholders and leaders.

    Ultimately, the Director of Program Management is responsible for driving program success to evolve the business. Key areas of this team include policy modernization, Associate & Labor Relations Technology and our new Open Door Digital-in-Facility process that ensures associates can connect directly to their leaders on open door related concerns.

    The ideal candidate for this role will be an innovative, collaborative and progressive leader with exceptional business acumen and the ability to translate business challenges into actionable solutions in a highly complex and rapidly evolving environment.     • Directing the prioritization, scoping and evaluation of multiple and sometimes competing programs and influence departmental strategic plans.

    • Connecting the dots across the various programs, including work outside of Associate Relations, to leverage enhancement opportunities within Global People.

    • Ensuring program managers understand overall business objectives , timeline, and program impact to the business.

    • Approving timelines, success metrics (OKRs) and allocating budget and resources for programs.

    • Driving for decisions and keeping leadership informed of risks and dependencies.

    • Resolving the most difficult conflicts and scope creep concerns.

    • Managing complex cross-functional stakeholder needs.

    • Developing and leveraging internal and external networks to maximize the delivery of programs.

    • Partnering with process improvement when improved processes are identified based on program workstreams.

    The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00

    Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

    Minimum Qualifications...

    Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Legal, or related field and 5 years' experience in project management, compliance, operations management or related area OR 7 years' experience in project management, compliance, operations management, or related area.

    4 years' experience using intermediate functionality of Microsoft Office.

    4 years' experience leading cross-functional teams.
