    The Opportunity

    In this role, you will own and drive key capability functions for our Ethics & Compliance program. Specifically, you will lead our risk assessment and monitoring and response building blocks. We are seeking a highly qualified and motivated person.     Specific responsibilities include:

    • Lead the design, implementation, execution, and continuous improvement of the Ethics & Compliance risk assessment and monitoring and response methodologies, plans, processes, activities, and tools.

    • Leverage internal and external data, information, and resources to design and execute a robust and comprehensive Ethics & Compliance risk assessment process and risk-based monitoring plans and activities.

    • Oversee and facilitate the development and completion of risk-based, root-cause mitigation plans and actions, and promote the risk-based allocation of resources.

    • Collaborate with a broad range of subject-matter experts and internal stakeholders to proactively identify new and emerging risks and develop and implement mitigation plans.

    • Partner with leaders of the Company's Enterprise Risk Management process to incorporate consideration of relevant Ethics & Compliance risks and to promote efficiencies and knowledge sharing.

    • Develop, implement, and continuously improve our Ethics & Compliance monitoring and response approaches, plans, processes, activities, and tools, creating and driving an overarching strategy linked to both our risks and our standards and controls.

    • Drive the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of Ethics & Compliance processes and tools relating to regulatory tracking and change management and new business initiatives.

    • Serve as a key contributor and thought leader within Ethics & Compliance, driving relevant strategic, organizational, and operational initiatives.

    • Effectively distill complex situations and technical matters and communicate them simply and effectively to internal and external stakeholders.

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain a customer-centric approach.

    • Be resilient and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

    Position Requirements:

    • 10-15+ years of professional experience in compliance, ethics, risk, or auditing.

    • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or certification (e.g., JD, CCEP, CFE, or CPA) preferred.

    • Extensive experience owning and driving ethics and compliance program activities, including experience designing and executing risk assessments and monitoring and response approaches, plans, and activities.

    • Knowledge of auditing and testing methodologies, compliance program operations, enterprise risk assessments, and other risk and monitoring capabilities.

    • Outstanding analytical and risk-management skills.

    • Highly effective communicator with strong personal presence and credibility and the ability to influence, engage, collaborate, and build trust-based relationships at all levels and across the organization.

    • Excellent organization, documentation, technology, and project-management skills.

    • Strong decision-making capabilities, even in ambiguous situations; adept at solving problems and seeing them through to resolution.

    • Strategic thinking, with the ability to develop and implement successful program enhancements.

    • Humble, resilient, and self-motivated, with a demonstrated ability to work autonomously.

    • Able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
