Direct the daily operations of a department(s).
Develop specific departmental goals, standards and objectives which directly support the strategic plan and vision of the organization.
Direct all activities related to staffing, including hiring, orienting, evaluating, disciplinary actions and continuing education initiatives.
Develop departmental budgets, regulatory compliance, departmental contracts, and vendor relations.
Direct special projects and business analyses.
Develop short and long term organizational planning and strategy as a member of the management team.
High school diploma/GED with 2 years of experience, or Associate's degree, or Bachelor's degree required.
Master's degree preferred.
5 years of experience required.

2 years of leadership or management experience required.
