This role will review, analyze and provide feedback with recommendations on the technical aspects related to customer sponsorship and exhibitor materials. The Digital Exhibitor Specialist will work directly with customers and exhibitors to answer questions and lead webinars about various aspects of Freeman's Online Event Pro platform and partner technologies.Essential Duties & Responsibilities+ Partner with the Freeman sales and delivery teams to ensure the technical aspects of Freeman Online Event Pro are accurately incorporated into any sponsorship consulting + Serve as the main point of contact post-sale to answer questions from exhibitors, lead webinars, demo exhibitor related products, and assist the Freeman project teams to answer technical questions from exhibitors + Review client exhibitor prospectuses to provide feedback, recommendations and ensure any related technical aspects are correctly represented + Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to continually improve the Sponsorship Opportunities template + Identify solutions, create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and manage the approval process that ultimately enhances the Sponsorship Opportunities template as well as the customer's experienceEducation & Experience+ Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience in event industry roles + Three (3) or more years performing similar duties + Knowledge of exhibitor and sponsorship programs is preferred + Working knowledge of Freeman Digital tools, Grip, Lennd, Quant, or similar systems is preferredDiversity CommitmentAt Freeman, our commitment to diversity and inclusion is helping us to create not only a great place to work, but also an environment where our employees, our customers and our communities around the world can reach their goals and connect with each other.
