About the role:

The Data Quality & Automation Analyst is a critical role within the Commercial Systems organization. The primary role of this position is to provide automated data quality solutions to improve the data integrity of the CRM Salesforce account data & the ERP Oracle account data for Hach's sales organization. This includes developing automated solutions for clean-up activities, ensuring accurate account structures, eliminating duplicates, and accurately assigning accurate Vertical Markets.

In this role, you will :

• Automate and optimize data transmission between Hach's CRM and ERP systems (Oracle & Salesforce).

• Enhance ERP & CRM data quality for accurate sales credit assignment, accurate account structures, address verification, ERP customer assignment, and proper Vertical Market assignment.

• Deliver support to the NA sales organization regarding data integrity questions.

• Design, build, and maintain scalable and reliable data automation solutions that enable efficient data governance and data stewardship operations.

• Initiate and own data quality improvement initiatives by applying proactive routines and tools to identify poor-quality data and apply automated solutions to clean the data.

Are you qualified?

• BS or BA in software development, or a related field.

• A minimum of 3-5 years successful experience in a data quality analytics or developer environment

• Proven experience automating data quality solutions

• Extensive experience in ~~~.

• Experience in an Oracle ERP system is a plus

• Proven experience working with stakeholders at various levels within a global matrixed organization.

The salary range for this role is $80,000.00 - $90,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in Colorado.

This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for incentive pay.
