  • Seize the opportunity to join the Wholesale Client Profitability (WCP) Production as the Leadwithin Corporate Finance who manages critical business processes.

    As a Manager in the Data Business Management team within the Corporate Finance, you will be responsible for providing client profitability to all lines of business, supporting finance executives to drive business growth and measure client performance through key client details. The team within Corporate Finance is responsible for managing critical business processes. Providing fit-for-purpose data for use internally while implementing operating model enhancements to improve consistency, efficiency, and control in delivery.

    Job responsibilities

    • Ensure data quality of WCP Production environment by overseeing and ensuring SLA adherence, accurate financials and multiple control processes are properly followed. This includes the identification, analysis and resolution of data quality and process issues.

    • Lead and develop the production staff, continuously challenging them to expand and apply their skills in line with team's goals.

    • Build and maintain key relationships and partnerships across various business finance, operations, and technology partners globally ensuring proper engagement.

    • Solve for operational deficiencies by developing systemic or operational solutions that challenge the staff to learn.

    • Maintain the production runbook (evergreen) while building resiliency across the team to eliminate risk of production interruption, including SOPs and Controls

    • Partner with WCP Change Management and WCP Technology teams on designing and implementing new processes.

    Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

    • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related discipline, with 5+ years of financial services experience

    • Demonstrated success building and leading a team and expertise in data warehouse system including the use of SQL

    • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present key points to upper management in a concise manner

    • Demonstrated experience with use of SQL to analyze data

    • Proficiency with Excel, Word, Project, PowerPoint, Access, Cognos, SQL, JIRA and SharePoint

    • Advanced qualitative and quantitative analytical skills with ability to synthesize large data sets and identify targeted, crisp messages- Ability to be flexible, follow tight deadlines, organize and prioritize work

    Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

    • Accounting reconciliation experience is a plus

    • A self-starter with the ability to quickly learn and assimilate business and technical knowledge

    • Ability to manage a team and show strong leadership with the ability to manage multiple streams of work concurrently

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; sound judgment with a risk mindset

    • Experience with Agile delivery and the JIRA tool a plus

    • Prior experience with visualization tools, a plus
