  • Description

    This Credit Adjustment Analyst will be responsible for reviewing and resolving open customer deductions and/or credit requests that are under $500 and that are approaching 6 months past due. They will be working on the pending return report, which is a report ran each week to see what returns are open in the system. They will also be pulling proof of delivery from carriers.

    Qualifications

    • 2+ years of credit adjustment experience

    • 2+ years of deductions experience

    • 2+ years of experience pulling POD's (proof of delivery)

    • Experience working within the manufacturing industry

    • Experience working for a company with revenue over $100 million

    • Able to navigate within spreadsheets in Excel and create simple formulas

    • Proficient within SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards, Workday, SAGE, Microsoft Dynamics, or NetSuite
