    How you will make an impact

    • Aiding with new-full-time on-boarding paperwork/orientations

    • Reserving and screening candidates through various sources and platforms

    • Taking advantage of digital recruiting resources

    • Shaping internal recommendations

    • Administering interviews

    • Conducting various administrative duties

    • Typing and posting job opportunity advertisements Requirements - You will do well in this position if you are highly detail oriented, and able to use good judgment and maintain a high level of confidentiality and sensitivity

      • We are looking for someone who has proficiency with office applications and software, as well as social media platforms
    • Practical knowledge of Microsoft Word

    • Deep understanding of recruiting personnel

    • Recruiting Sources experience

    • Experience with Recruiting Processes

    • General familiarity with Microsoft Outlook

    • Expertise in Corporate Recruiting

    • Well-founded grasp of Microsoft Excel

    • Comprehensive knowledge of Corporate Recruiting

    • Proven knowledge of Full Cycle Recruiting

    • Knowledgeable when it comes to writing reports, business correspondence, user instructions, and procedure manuals

    • 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience

    • Desire to thrive in scenarios of team-based work or independent tasks, always looking to learn more and take initiative on a number of different projects and tasks

    • Experience with office applications and software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)
