Description

Robert Half has an opening for an ambitious Controller for a reputable company. In this leadership role, you will be planning and directing all accounting operational functions, handling the accumulation and consolidation of financial data for internal and external financial statements, evaluating accounting and internal control systems, and leading departmental staff. Requirements - Notable analytical, quantitative and social skills

• Skilled in the construction and delivery of effective presentations to audiences with wide-ranging backgrounds

• Excellent attention to detail

• Excellent oral and written communications skills

• Ability to work in a dynamic and changing environment

• Earlier experience in public accounting is highly valued

• Excellent technology, analytics and management experience required

• Seizes opportunities to produce results without direct supervision

• CPA/MBA preferred

• Strong organizational skills and a proven ability to meet deadlines

• Corporate Accounting experience desired

• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including as a Controller preferred

• BA/BS in Accounting, Finance, Economics or other business related field
