Contracts Manager

Description

Robert Half is Contracts Manager for a remote opportunity supporting a company based in Cerritos California. This contract employment opportunity will start immediately and is expected to last several months. the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience working with contracts cradle to grave.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a project to review 1800 existing accounts with 2400 agreements.

• Ensure accuracy of data in Salesforce and train AI to recognize relevant data points in agreements.

• Collect, route, and execute agreements efficiently.

• Provide advice on best practices based on institutional knowledge of the market.

• Manage contract management processes, procedures, and metrics to ensure contracts are processed efficiently.

• Identify opportunities to improve contract management process and lead implementation of improvements.

• Work closely with other departments to resolve inquiries and issues related to contracts and agreements.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date contract files and a contract database.

• Monitor contract compliance and assist in resolving any discrepancies.

• Assist in the preparation of contract briefs and coordinate with the respective departments for approvals.

Requirements - Possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field.

• Proven experience in a Contracts Manager role.

• Demonstrable knowledge of Contract Management principles and regulations.

• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to manage complex contracts.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders.

• High level of attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.

• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and contract management software.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
