Contracts Analyst

As a Contracts Analyst, you will join the Contracts Management Group and work with the purchasing and project teams to support the overall successful bid and buyout process for our projects.

Responsibilities

? Develop strong positive and productive working relationships with purchasing and project teams

? Review, assemble, and process subcontracts

? Review budgets from purchasing and project teams and input into our internal system

? Maintain and update budgets through completion of the purchasing process

? Interface regularly with senior management, Risk Management, Legal, and Central Business Partner Group

Basic Qualifications

? 2+ years of related experience

? Basic understanding of the construction industry and subcontract agreements

? Excellent written and verbal communication skills

? Well organized and detail-oriented

? Self-starter and able to work independently
