    Positions cover various technical and functional areas of interest in Application and Cloud Technologies, Insights and Data, Quality Engineering, Digital Experience, Human Resources, Marketing, and Finance.

    Key Responsibilities

    Quality Assurance and Testing

    • Test software and apply quality assurance techniques toensure that the developed solutions meet client requirements.

    • Gain practical experience in identifying and addressingsoftware bugs and issues.

    Software Development Exposure

    • Participate in coding, programming tasks, and softwaredevelopment activities.

    • Learn from expert developers and give to coding projectsunder mentorship.

    Client Interaction and Learning

    • Shadow and assist senior consultants during clientmeetings to observe requirement gathering and client interaction.

    • Gain exposure to writing user stories and understandingclient relationships.

    Data Analysis Support

    • Assist in data analysis efforts by working with dataprovided by clients.

    • Contribute to insights and generate recommendations underthe mentorship of the team.

    Data-Driven Decision Support

    • Learn how data analysis drives decision-making inconsulting projects.

    • Contribute to the preparation of data-drivenrecommendations.

    Project Support

    • Collaborate with the team to learn more about projectprogress, budgets, and schedules.

    • Gain insights into project management processes and contributeto project documentation.

    HR, Finance, and Marketing

    • Based on your functional area of interest, learn fromindustry experts in the field of human resource management, finance ormarketing.

    Locations:

    Hybrid: On-site 3 days a week and 2 days working from home in the following locations: Dallas, Houston, Minneapolis, Cincinnati and Dayton

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Minimum of 3.4 GPA

    • Pursuing a degree in computer science, softwareengineering, or a related field and strong curiosity about technology and an aptitudeto learn and engage.

    • Basic understanding of coding principles and softwaredevelopment concepts.

    • Effective soft skills for team collaboration and learningfrom expert engineers.

    • Attention to detail and an eagerness to contribute toquality assurance efforts.

    • Curiosity about data analysis and its role indecision-making.

    • Ability to manage workload, meet objectives, and provideupdates on progress.
